Cheese Huggers are dishwasher safe. Just pop them in the dishwasher between uses and they will come out clean and ready to go.  If you do not have a dishwasher, you can clean your Cheese Huggers by hand using the same methods and soaps that you use on other dishes and kitchen tools.
